THE GREENPOINTE HOME CARE PROMISE

GreenPointe Homes provides you with the peace of mind of our Home Care Plan for a period of one year from closing. There are literally thousands of parts and pieces that go into a new home, and there are things that may require our attention during your first year of ownership. In order to facilitate an orderly approach to your home care needs, we visit you twice during this first year.

At approximately three months, we will schedule a visit to your home to determine if anything in your home is not performing as it should and to take care of those things common to new homes. At 11 months, we will do the same. If at any time during your Home Care Warranty period something comes up that you feel needs immediate attention, you are welcome to call us with your concerns.

THE GREENPOINTE 10-YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

From the beginning of year two to the end of year 10, your new home is warranted to be free of structural problems. GreenPointe Homes provides this coverage through a nationally-known provider - 2-10 Homebuyer's Warranty. You can rest easy with the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your new home is backed by one of America's largest extended warranty companies.
